neophytes

Age is not the basis for what a person has learned..or feel, for that matter. Learning process is continuous. It depends upon the person's orientation in life, his environment, and his outlook.
Also, everything depends upon the circumstances he was in, on what he is in now...and will be.
The important thing is, the willingness to learn...the acceptance that he has shortcomings, then and only then, the lesson will be taken in...like a food, it will pass through a process...until digested but the difference is, it won't be wasted..but would be an additional nutrients of the mind, and of the heart...and would make him a better person...because he learned.
